Our current statutes.

The non-profit club for the common good was founded to provide measures in the field of basic medical care, education and humanitarian aid in Bangladesh. We want to enable people to live in dignity and support them with what we all have long taken for granted. Currently, we have specialized in financing deep wells and monitoring their construction. In addition, we support schools financially, but also with material donations.

We are exempt from corporate income tax and trade tax under Section 5 (1) No. 9 of the Corporate Income Tax Act and Section 3 No. 6 of the Trade Tax Act for promoting development cooperation in Bangladesh for charitable purposes by the Tax Office for Corporations I in Berlin (tax number: 27/672/58131, dated September 26, 2023 for the last assessment period 2019 – 2021).
